Donation Summary
The National Adrenal Diseases Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (#11-2777036) dedicated to providing support, information and education to individuals having Addison's disease as well as other diseases of the adrenal glands.
NADF's current primary focus and monetary need is ELIMINATE THE POSSIBILITY OF DEATH FROM UNDIAGNOSED ADDISON'S DISEASE…by reminding the entire U.S. diagnosing medical field of the disease with a highly illustrated, color educational flyer which lays out what the various symptoms of the Addison's disease are, with visuals. We would like to re-send out this postal mailing at least once every three years.

Yearly membership minimum donation - $25.00 U.S. dollars
Your membership benefits include a year long subscription to the NADF quarterly newsletter, the NADF News®, a packet of important adrenal disease information and tools pertainable to your condition of interest, participation in an NADF affiliated Addison's/adrenal disease fellowship group, access to the private area of the NADF website (www.nadf.us) and various e-mailed bulletins relating the latest news and information on adrenal disease.
You will be sent a personal thank you letter for your donation of $100.00 or more, along with notation of your generosity in an issue of the NADF News®.
Membership donations cover only the costs associated with
producing NADF News, education materials and maintaining the organization.
